'Sharks Close Out August On A Roll

CAMDEN, NJ – The month of August had been one to forget for Camden. They finished a nine-game home stand three-and-six and dropped the opener in Long Island in blow out fashion.

But the Riversharks have stormed back to win four games in the final four days of August, ending the month on a positive note. They finished it with a 4-2 comeback win over the Sugar Land Skeeters Friday night in the first of a three-game series at Campbell’s Field.

Two solo home runs put Sugar Land ahead early, but Danny Santiesteban provided three RBI and Pedro Feliz lined one in as well to give the Riversharks the win. All four runs came in the sixth and seventh innings.
