Ouch

The Riversharks (4-4) suffered a 13-2 loss Friday night in the home opener at Bethpage Ballpark against the Long Island Ducks (4-4).

Keith Weiser (0-1) took the loss giving up four runs on five hits, walking one and fanning three in five and one-third innings.

The Ducks got on the board first when Brandon Sing hit a solo home run to center field in the first. Felix Pie tied the game with a solo blast of his own in the sixth.

Long Island answered with an 11-run inning off Weiser and Camden reliever Joe D’Alessandro in the bottom of the sixth.
