Given that The Atlantic League is full of players that have either hung on a little too long in Triple A, or been to The Show and are on the tail end of their careers, have you ever had to flat out tell a guy he can't hack it anymore? To maybe get on with the next part of their lives?
That's a tough question for a guy whose managerial dreams are a little crash davisonian at the moment.
